At Embrodreams, each piece is carefully handmade to order. Because of the nature of our process, please allow time for us to craft your item with care before it ships.

Processing Times

  • Standard processing: 2–3 weeks.
  • During peak periods (such as viral moments on social media or holiday seasons), processing times may be longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Times

  • United States & Canada orders: 2–5 business days once shipped.
  • Europe orders: 2-3 business days once shipped
  • Rest Of the World : Approximately 1–2 weeks once shipped.

 

Shipping Fees

  • All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • This includes the cost of returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, import charges, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or circumstances outside of our control. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package’s journey.
